Kumbulla scores for Espanyol and they win 1-0 which might have just guaranteed them being saved from relegation.

Baggio made history..

Fastest goal ever EURO against Italy no less..

Unfortunately, there is nowhere to go from there but down..

When Baggio was at his best, he was such a great link between defence and attack. He could shoot, pass and was quick enough to lead the breakaway.

Albania is desperately missing this type of player. Best attacking midfielder we ever had!

Those comments sum him up well. He's a ghost and weak most of the time. Hiding from the ball is an Albanian player problem in general. Most Alb players are not comfortable on the ball and they hide from it.

Well, they are focusing all-out on Europe now because they already lost the league to Celtic, so this tie is of the most importance for them and he hasn't been good enough to warrant starting it. What would put him back in the good books is a top performance against Bilbao (off the bench most likely) or against the next opponent they face, but that will be difficult at the current moment if he isn't starting.

Somehow they held on against Bilbao with 10 men for 80 minutes, hanging on for dear life. We will see if maybe they get through to the semis, they have a very small but possible nonetheless chance of winning the EL.

In general after a somewhat positive start (very briefly) the Rangers fans think he's complete shite.

Most of the comments say that he has some decent moments on the ball and good technique but mostly invisible every game, a lot of them are just saying despite being good technically he's so lazy, hides from the ball and from physical battles, and therefore can't get into the game whenever he plays. A lot of them accuse him of looking like he doesn't even want to play football (it is ironic given how many times we've seen the same said here).

There is even this, and I quote : "Sounds stereotypical, but I wouldn’t sign any Albanian players. Grezda was the same, the work ethics not there for our game and players that’ll run through a brick wall for their country, down tools whenever the going gets tough at club level. "

"Talented waste of space, another that doesn’t have the heart unfortunately. "

"We've seen enough of him to establish that he does have a reasonable level of skill, so it must be an attitude problem"

"I dont even believe his attitude is wrong. He clearly is technically gifted. He's just a fucking pussy shitebag. McCausland and two 18 year old boys absolutely showed him up."

"He pulls out of tackles all the time an he was anonymous last night. Get him to f***. He looks to me as though he wants to be elsewhere."

"Said on multiple pages, he’s a hider and I can’t bear that from any player. Reeks of shitebaggery."

"Should be given until the summer to improve but the signs arent great. He always seems a yard or two behind the pace of games and just generally a really lethargic looking player."

"I have never seen a Rangers player hide so much, he’s an utter shitebag, shirks tackles avoids responsibility. Another did that needs shifting asap."

"One of a few players who think they can pick their game to turn up!
Again one of a few who doesn't like the physical side."

"He needs grafters around him as he's not one. Then we may see something from him. But as of now? For a club like us to spend 4mill on him when we needed a 6, a 9 and a CB? Seems criminal."

"I’d be looking to sell, the issue is more to do with his mentality rather than physicality but it’s a big issue. He doesn’t have the right mind set, he hides from the ball, doesn’t track back, makes lazy passes and to be one of the poorer performers in this Rangers team takes some doing. I’d love to be proven wrong with him as there is talent there."

"He's a moments player.
Far too inconsistent for money spent on him."

Etc etc. And you get the idea.

Him and Muci are really similar in that way, they can do great things with the ball at their feet but only once in a blue moon, they aren't prepared for the 95% part of football which is running, marking, tracking back, getting in behind, circulating possession etc.

Our midfield is in shambles. Guys like Memushaj and Basha were really underrated. Not big stars, but played in big leagues and had consistency.

Did Bajrami become a part time footballer now ? Can't even break into his club's starting eleven.

The reality for us is that goals and assists will come from all sorts of random places. We don't have consistent performers up front, also because our goal strategy is "take what you can get". What I'm looking for is people that can actually play football. That way gameplay improves. If gameplay improves, the goals will follow.

Uzuni's and Manaj's and Seferi's stats just don't translate against opposition from countries with more than 50,000 people. They'll get lucky once or twice in their career but that's it. But someone like Muci we've seen against top teams like Aston Villa and Shaktar Donetsk put world class perfomances.

Just double standards... its an amateur league when any players you don't like play well there, and even if supposedly good players don't, it doesn't change your opinion of them.

Btw Seferi sucks for Bodrum. He will be one of the reasons they get relegated.

It's a shit league besides the top 3 that invest millions every year. Are we supposed to pretend Bodrumspor and Hayatispor are serious clubs because Fenerbache has Mourinho and Galatasaray has Osimhen?

It's like the Scottish league that only has 2 real clubs or the Greek league that has 3-4 solid clubs and the rest are semi pro level. Croatia has a 1 solid club. It's just the reality of most of these off leagues.

With that goal he equalises Muci for the season, both are on 4 goals so far!

So? Seferi has more goals than Rashica too.

and I'm sure Seferi will have amazing stats in the Turkish 2nd division next season. That's if Bodrumi decide to keep him.
