That seems to be our NT in a nutshell. A few consistently good performers(Xhaka, Berisha, Mavraj) then everyone else kinda just fluctuates their performances. Lenjani is the hero one game and he's a bum the next, Cana a few solid performances than a few matches where he's at fault for goals, Balaj the man against Portugal then invisible the rest of the campaign, Agolli the Roberto Carlos performance against Armenia and he's average the next, etc.

It's not a bad thing either. A test to the deeper player pool we have than in the past and we have players with less performances where they shit the bed(besides guys like Lila but they're there to be goons). It's like we raised our standard.

Let me know if you think I forgot some players. I tried to add only legit players who played most of the games.

Do not forget, this is not just measuring a player's overall talent. But it's measuring who you thought contributed to the team the most.

I have to go with Xhaka. Our most consistent player. And I believe he played all games. He even did well in the losses too. A very rare player for Albania to come across.

Both Roshi and Mavraj were all great, but missed games.

The defense was great, but I don't think a single individual like Hysaj sticks out here. I thought it was just good chemistry and teamwork all around.

Most consistent: Xhaka, Berisha, Hysaj. Biggest bang for the buck: Roshi.
