Honestly Milot isn't bad but there's no way he deserved to start over Sadiku, and he doesn't have anywhere near the physical attributes of Balaj. It simply wasn't his time yet and he showed his immaturity by switching to Kosova to try to spite us. Rey Manaj is much better than him in terms of ability and talent.

I don't mind them overrating players like Shaqiri. He was part of Bayern and a big time talent when he was younger. He didn't live up to his hype but at least he had good reasons to be hyped.
I do hate it when they overrate shit-stains like Rashica for no reason at all tho. You would think he was the next Messi based on the reactions of his Euro rejection & switch. Vitesse fans think he's an average player and some even want him on the bench.

Dude, what are you talking about? Rashica is a winger while Sadiku/Balaj are poachers. Why would he start over them?
And Rey Manaj(also a striker) is awful. Doesn't have any basic technique or intelligence. At least Rashica has some decent speed and can deliver good crosses.

oops I got his position mixed up. I just always lumped him in with Manaj and Avdijaj so I guess that's why I always compared him to strikers... Now I know better
You sound like some buthurt losers, everyone with any fucking logic knows the coach messed up and proved to be a hypocrite by not bringing rashica. He said he would call players based on club form and games played yet he didn't call rashica who was the most in form. It took Kosova two months to call all the young guys who might have a potential future to the NT, yet Albania sticks to the shit like roshi and balaj who are fucking trash. He gave rashica a few minutes to prove himself yet he keeps playing a trash roshi and lenjani over and over again. So I get it you dont like that he switched to kosova from the inat of not getting called up to the Euros, but he had every fucking right to do so, and shouldn't have to wait for the scrubs from the mainland who are there without merit. What about not calling up Bernard Berisha, or Zeneli who was ready to play for albania, or avdijaj. He started well with the team he called up the players with potential but now after a few years in Albania it looks like he has been corrupted as well. Good luck to Albania getting any decent players now as the only good ones are Hysaj, Manaj, and Cekici, the rest are trash. Yet Kosova already managed to call up many promising youngster just to burn them so they can be there if they ever emerge as stars, Albania had the chance to do this long time ago yet they didnt. The corruption runs rampant in the fucking country yet it's the shqiptars from kosove that are traitors, fucking imbeciles, they have been in power for many years yet they have struggled to produce any decent talents from Albania, does that mean thers no talents no, it just means that the talents are not seen because I as I saw this summer in Tirane, those with money do what they want and they make the rules, and the brainwashed idiots on the internet never criticize them but chose to attack other who are made scapegoats.
He didn't call up Manaj/ Milot/ Donis because this was Albania's first major tournament. He wanted to reward the old guys who otherwise would never get another chance in their life to ever play in a major international tourney. That is why Milot showed his immaturity. He should have understood that this was a special occasion for the team/country and realized that GDB is loyal to his players. Why do you think everyone on the team loves the guy? Look at how much better Gjimshiti handled his rejection. He's lightyears ahead of Miloti in terms of compuse/maturity and he's only 3 years older..
Imo the only mistake GDB made was picking Veseli over Xhimshiti. Rashica was not part of the qualifying squad and to pick over a Roshi/Lila would not have been right. Our worst player at the Euros was Lenjani and even in hindsight I wouldn't have dropped him for another player. These group of players worked hard to get to the Euros but dropping them for someone who never even played as a sub for the senior team would not be right. Kosova is calling all these players as they have a new team now. Time will come when players will be dropped by Kosova too as it happens with every team in the world.
