Nope. Dinamo was the other team that made for some fierce derby matches on Albania. It used to go like this: Partizani used to always beat Tirana, Tirana used to beat Dinamo and Dinamo had Partizani's number. Dinamo has faded into oblivion, there's no coming back for them.
Closest thing would be Flamurtari-Skenderbeu from like 4-5 years ago but then Skenderbeu took off and Flamurtari disintegrated.

Lol apart jokes , there isn't any other rivalry in this year Superliga compared to Tirana-Partizani , maybe Kukesi-Skenderbeu comes close because of last years precedents on the title race.
