With memories of the golden years (80's) of the albanian football still fresh on her mind, Albania is now attempting to recreate its strong football legacy. As young players start making their names abroad, the future is looking bright for Albanian football!

Let's not get too emotional about this. There are already Turks in Kosove who are eligible to play for the KNT. I wouldn't like it if somebody who had no connection to Albania whatsoever (like some African players who play in the Superliga) would be called up but this guy has some Albanian blood and wants to play for the team.
A dirty turk with Albanian blood, i'm glad he didn't want to play for Albania, he did a good choice by choosing a multi-ethnic country, but i shouldn't be surprised when i see non Albanian faces like Rita Ora or Era Istrefi being considered as super star and that all people give credits to them i think we shouldn't be surprised that we are doomed in football as well.
