De Biasi is making his Azerbaijan debut against Luxembourg

I wonder how many defenders he has in midfield

Those England shirts are so nice. I remember having a 98 World Cup England shirt when I was a kid.

We will demolish Lithuania they are much worse than Belarus, especially considering the Belarussian players have been active during the pandemic.

We’re the tier above everyone in this group . 6 wins is the only acceptable outcome

Odds had Albania at 2.5 to win first half and 2 to win all now dropping ... almost guaranteed money.

His squad ate the customary red card, own goal, and penalty :zgerdhimje:

Lol Azerbaijan doesn’t have a good pool of players. They have a Superliga like NT . Their most valuable players are worth 1 million€.

They actually have higher value than Belarus.. Kazakhstan is a little bit better on paper but should still be an easy win.

These matches are so lacklustre. I’d much rather be in a higher group so we can get better a feel of our team

Well Kazakhstan quit from Asia with almost an easy guaranteed qualification to WC finals to play in UEFA. Their team has improved a lot last 15 years in Europe. Also pumping loads of money in their domestic league has boosted their quality. Still they’re underdogs , i remember first time we faced them winning with goals of Bushi. These games should serve us to prep the team for the WC qualifiers. Amost no chances for us to get a WC playoff spot through nations league.

Lithuania feels like a trap game. Players unfit, bad attackers, euphoria from Belarus, no fans, underestimating opponent, etc...

Still expecting an easy win but I definitely wouldn't bet money on it.
