It was a done deal but medical was the only thing pending so there is no reason for it to be fake. It's the only thing that makes sense.

Also makes sense that Chelsea has completely given up on him and even prefer an 18 year old mediocre striker over him. He might be completely cooked physically.

Hopefully this is a comeback for Kumbulla. Goal conceded by Espanyol had nothing to do with him. Djimsiti has 1-2 other editions max under his belt given his age.

Kumbulla was a wall for Espanyol. If he can stay injury free he'll have a very good season.
