To understand Sylvinho’s mentality regarding selections, we must first understand who Sylvinho actually is..

Sylvinho is a man who played for the best teams in the world but made just 6 caps for Brazil. Experienced it all in the world of football and he knows what it feels like to be “snubbed,” or looked over in favour of someone else.

Quotes from Sylvinho..

Also Hyka-Vila-Bakaj combined didn't cost 500k. Muci has 10+ million talent based on the world market.

Muci's talent is undisputed. He's just soft like Artan says and plays like he's going for a jog in the park sometimes.

It's up to the coach to get the best out of his talent. Kosta Runjaic did. Those who are not on up to par like Sylvinho and Van Bronckhorst just scapegoat/give up on him.
It's hard to say if it's Muci's fault or just incompetence from Besiktas. With Albania it's clear that Muci is more talented than guys like Seferi so it's a clear pass. With Besiktas you would expect the manager to play the best starting 11 but these top Turkish teams can be incompetent with the amount of random aging European players they sign and I wouldn't be surprised if the chairman calls the starting lineups. It's weird since Muci played well last year and joined on a decent fee for them to only sign his older replacement in the summer. These turkish teams make me laugh when they sign random guys like Immobile, Ox-Chamberlain and Joao Mario thinking they can build a cohesive team.

I also don't think it'll get better as they have two younger Turkish wingers and one of them seems to be a talented 19 year old. They will be prioritizing that kid over Muci. There's just too much of a log jam and they should have just sold Muci when his value was higher.

He should take a step back and force a move in January to a team where he can start and play regularly.
Vila and Bakaj is a bit harsh as those guys were amateurs. Muci is talented but he seems like he's kind of soft and doesn't have that fight in him. He suffers from Roshi syndrome, talented player but inconsistent and lazy.

I hope he moves because I do think he's a talented player and not one of those players that we refuse to admit are amateurs like Manaj.
Lol, I think you're being harsh on Vila and Bakaj, they moved to some decent clubs because of their talent, but couldn't make it because of weak mentality and low football IQ.

I mean it's not terrible to be a sub to Rashica and the Portuguese journeymen, but not even being the first to come from the bench for them is quite telling, another thing that seems odd is that once Sylvinho had more time to see Muçi in training during the Euros, he seems to have stopped rating him and went as far as to call amateurs up instead of him.

Mitaj started as a midfielder in a 4-1 league win. It's crazy seeing him play next to Kante and Benzema.

And Muci can't score there, which is crazy, he should be racking up goals and assists, look how easy it is to score there.

He can't score sitting on the bench...

But in 87 total minutes played he has 1 goal.
