Everton confirm it's an ankle sprain for Broja. They don't think it's anything serious but he's still getting a second scan to make sure.

Acting like you got shot and getting oxygen for an ankle sprain is insane though. He stayed on the ground crying for 10+ minutes!! Proves that it's mostly psychological than physical issues with Broja. He's traumatized because the ACL injury and thinks the worst after every knock.

Has any player ever come back as strong as before from an ACL injury?

Here is also an interesting Paper about ACL and performance in sports.

There is a lot of interest in Rey Manaj from the top Turkish teams. He hasn't played too much so far this year due to various injuries and suspensions but has been fairly good when he has played. He had a great game against Galatasaray.

Besiktas are apparently ready to transfer him. I think this is a very stupid move, they have a striker in Immobile who at least for the time being he will never start over, so he will have to wait until 2026 to have a chance for the starting role. Unless that is what is agreed (I doubt it) he will be going there to be a sub which is a bad decision.

He is better served continuing at Sivasspor to prove his season was not a fluke instead of trying to change clubs every season.

Speaking of unrealistic rumors, what happened to that Ramadani to Napoli for 3 million exclusive?

or did they mistake SK Bodrumspor for Napoli??

They’ve actually confirmed it’s a 12 week injury, so I wouldn’t be so harsh on him. Basically another season gone for him.

There was a lot of swelling so they had to wait to get a clearer picture before giving an update..

In my opinion, Broja should wait until he is fully healthy before trying to return. He been trying to play thru nagging injuries and it just made things worse.

No need to rush it this time..

He's been back for most of the year and has barely played.

I think this put the final nail in the coffin for his top flight career. He's just missed way too much of his prime years for a player who relies on speed.

What’s with the absolutes around here. Nail in the coffin like it’s guaranteed, chill out , he’ll definitely still be in a top league.
