Really? There hasn't been no plans it seems or any released to the public. For the renovations of Elbasan and Loro Borici we saw the plans for the stadium months in advance of construction.

PS, they installed the grass in Loro Borici.

The plans for Arena Kombetare will be the same as the Italian project of Serenissima . They will buy the project about 5-10 million € and then build it with 40-60 million € . It costs 70% less like this.

FSHF has officially started looking for tender bids from construction companies to build the new stadium that will replace Qemal Stafa. They bought the plans from the Italian company, and now they just need to find a contractor to build it.

The white seats scattered around give the impression that the stadium is not "empty". A lot of stadiums use this strategy nowadays, it's no big deal.

Only thing I don't like is the surrounding area. Looks like the stadium is in the middle of a 3rd world ghetto, but there is nothing anyone can do about this. It's the same thing in Elbasan.

So.. shkoder. :D Jk that's where I was born :flag:

But you're right it's so stupid how bad the conditions right around the stadium. That are behind it where all the gypsies hang and where we would go to smoke weed so that should tell how ghetto it is..
