Once Ronaldo said Bulku was Albania's best player and it was all over Albanian medias :talumsha:

Kosova doesn't even have a UEFA sanctioned stadium yet. I think it's too early for guys like Rashica and co who are in the U21 to switch. But I can see guys like Hadergjonaj, Ajeti, etc.. in the future switching to the Kosovar team.

We're talking about Ilirida and Presheva though. It's the same situation. They can't play for Kosova until Kosova can get a clearance or something from UEFA like Albania did, if they played for other youth teams. I don't think guys like Gym Gym or Aliji can switch.

Which place are your origins from, you seem to give no fvks about Shqipetari, will you root for Kosova or follow Kosova's games?

I will follow Kosovo games out of sheer curiosity but I'm pretty indifferent when it comes to their results so no I won't root for them. Depends on who they're facing though.. If they face a Greece lets say I will probably root for Kosovo.

I was hoping Kosovo would get recognized though so I'm not like those "patriots" who were hoping that it doesn't get recognized just because Albania doesn't get "weaker". You know who else was hoping that it doesn't get into UEFA?? The Serbs.

I lol at how scared some Albanians from Albania are. I can't wait to see the team made up of Albanians only. It will be a fresh new start and we already qualified anyway so who gives a shit.

So are the teams going to be playing in the next Champions and Europa League?

Same coef like Gibraltar teams but yes they'll be part of playoff rounds. The national team destiny for the WC is what interests most of people right now :) I still can't believe 22 countries were against Kosova to join Uefa with Switzerland topping the group. And no the votes can't be made public.

Come on man. We've been hitting way above the belt as it is compared to our individual ability. With both A+K combined we're still mediocre as hell compared to Serbia, Croatia, even Bosnia and Greece based on individual ability. We just managed to put together a team with decent organization and motivation but it won't last for long. Places like Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia benefited from a union, because the top teams like DZ, Red Star, Partizan, got major funding from 20 million people, and now they produce top talent. Our pseudo-union helped us out tremendously too, yet we're still crap. Now imagine diving even THAT up.

Hopefully, they'll create a new professional combined league, because that will definitely receive some funding that will go into infrastructure and youth for both A/K.

I thought it would just be the 4-5 in UEFA that are against it. If 22 voted against, I can see them not getting FIFA membership, if it's up to vote for each member.

I think these are the countries that voted against Kosova in Uefa:

Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Slovakia, Spain, Romania, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Czech Rep, Hungary, Moldova, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Cyprus, Greece and probably Poland or some Baltic countries.

Gibraltar will become Fifa member by next week althrough they aren't UN member and Spain with Great Britain are against that. But a tribunal sentence has more power it seems and atm UEFA/FIFA have other issues rather than giving a f*** about Kosova joining or not so i'm expecting next week vote at Fifa to be just a formal approval. If a country is member of a confederation usually it should become automatically member of Fifa by it's statute.

Man the NT right now feels so artificial, made up of bootleg mercenaries and its football is beyond ugly. Yes it's a solid, disciplined(sometimes) defensive unit but if we were to move away from it it's not the end of the world.

I wish we had better central defenders but things change quickly in this sport so who knows.
