Jupi is a born loser. We're in second place in the group, and he says we have little chance, we just have to play as equals. Well, that's what you got. A 0-0 result. You asked for it.

The players were lethargic though, I can't blame that 100% on the coach. They seemed disinterested.

Bare wasn't completely terrible, but he wasn't good either. He seems like a non-creative Attacking Mid which makes no sense.

Rashica and Cekici weren't bad but I expected more of them.
Rashica performance was poor but Manaj failed miserably. Cekici had solid game but sometimes he is more selfish than Latifi.

That was disappointing because I expected more chances created and few players to show a bit more.. didn't give a shit about the result but the performance was bad.

Strakosha didn't have much to do. Thankfully Greece is just as garbage as us. They have no upcoming talents.

Rrahmani and Prenga are very slow and have a bad touch for the next level. For the u-21 they're ok but are they future senior team CB material?? Nah never.

The fullbacks Hoxhallari and Lulaj shouldn't even be mentioned because we know their level(not even Albanian league).

Laci/Bare an absolute disaster in midfield. Clueless, had to clue how to build up play, break up opponents play, weak, dumb.. just pure amateurs.

Cekici was the only bright spot for me. The only one who could at least complete a simple pass and in the first half he was dangerous. In the 2nd half he wasnt as good but I believe he was a level above his teammates(even if it doesn't say much).

Latifi is just horrible. He has a little bit of talent but has no clue how to use it. Footballing IQ is so low.. He lost the ball every single time, he gave it right back to the Greeks every time he touched it. Wow..

Rashica once again for the u21 doesn't show much.. Just a lot of silly diving and losing the ball most of the time.

Manaj's entire game is basically diving and trying to win fouls. Can't really play.

There is no coach in a world who says we suck and we have no chance to win. He is fucking fatalist and should be sacked soon as possible. I don't know why he was appointed in first place? Cungu was better candidate by far, at least even he puts 11 Laci players on field they will fucking fight till the end. Jupi is corrupted as f***, he convocates a player from 7th english division and ignores Krymi,Cinari,Kalari, Drilon Musaj and players who deserve to be part of this u21 team.

I'm not sure if you lot heard but the TKZ were chanting 'Redi Jupi Qifsha Motren' quite a few times. He is an absolute failure of a coach, an embarrassment. When the fans chant that aimed at him i do not know how he stays in the job. We are second in the group and are playing Greece at home and he comes out and says 'to qualify is impossible'. Unbelievable. We need to keep this man as far as possible from the National Team, and not to even mention that he had no tactics whatsoever just sends the players out as they are. Absolute joke of a manager.

Come on guys.. blaming the coach is too easy. Yes the chemistry is beyond off but IMO it has more to do with what type of players you have. This team has a bunch of individuals who can't pass for shit even if they wanted to, and therefore can't play a collective game. For example someone like Latifi plays the exact same way with Skenderbeu and they have a "good coach", he's a very frustrating player. Laci and Bare are youth league players - amateurs. the defense is what it is... the fullbacks are very important when you're trying to build up play and this team is lacking there(Vojvoda was actually decent in that department though). Manaj doesn't seem to have much technical ability nor intelligence. Just throwing his body like an idiot and diving. A coach is as good as his players.

LedZep when you have a team with an inferiority complex and you tell them you have to fight to "be equals", there is no way that team will be full of energy and motivated.

There is no doubt that Jupi has an inferiority complex but that's normal and expected. I'm more concerned about the lack of talent.

Lack of talent is important when facing Portugal, Spain, etc.. Greece, Hungary, Israel are fodder teams and no better than us individually. Even transfermarkt has Greece and Albania U21 worth about 8 mill each (yeah Ik transfermarkt, but it means Greece has no big talent worth 20 million)

Talent is the biggest priority because the only thing that matters is potential players for the senior team. Couldn't care less who the coach of u-21 is, they can play with no coach for all I care tbh. I'm just curious to see the players and how good they are individually. How they are with the ball on their feet, their awareness, etc. Chemistry is shaky at these levels anyway but a good talent will show himself regardless or at least show some glimpses.
