From 26 to 30 you can follow Nivokazi and Ahmetaj play for Italy U17 . That Zeqiri guy is nothing special, Nivokazi and Ahmetaj are really good for the age they have. Nivokazi tecnically and physically is better than Januzaj ever was .

We never had an Albanian play for Italy. It will eventually happen. ;) Maybe it will be one of those kids you mention.

Probably noone would mind though, if he becomes half of what Pelle or Eder are then he would have a guaranteed place for us. He is 16 , 184 cm and scoring at will. Probably just because he developed earlier than his age kids. We'll find out in 2-3 years time.

Albania u17 actually looks good. They are playing bunker DB tactics but they actually have very fast players with decent ball control who can play this style. Some interesting players.

Albania lost but this goes to one of those humbje dinjitoze performances because there are plenty of decent prospects here. I liked the defenders, the striker who played in the 1st half and the others showed glimpses too. We have to note that there were no Kosovars. Just Albanians from Albania(but mainly from Greece and Italy).

The under 17 game was boring as hell. Nothing really can be said about the players, they didn't even have 17 years so judging football at this level would be pointless.

One though can tell who will never make it: Oshafi and Doda were terrible, very prone to mistakes and unconfident.

Oshafi was the lone striker and he was guarded by 2-3 defenders all the time but he had decent height and his pace definitely gave the Italians something to think about. The team played long balls to him and he chased everyone of them. He did great considering he had the toughest job. The team struggled when he came off in the beginning of the 2nd half because of injury,

Most of these are 15 year olds and I was impressed by them 100x more than the u19 team that played not that long ago. Those players were beyond awful individually. They made Ireland look like Barcelona.
