Albanian media close to the coach and fshf already stated that he will be called for our friendly against France but i'm worried more about the fact that he doesn't own yet an albanian passport (shouldn't be a problem for a friendly) .

Passport isn't a problem, for less than one month he will have passport in his hands but i am worried about Uefa permission to change national teams. Donis was always desperate to debut with our national team so if De Biasi gives 30 minutes against France, i am sure that he will be albanians new idol. Schalke has already decided to take him back and would give him chance during summer to earn his spot in Schalke first squad.

I meant to play the june friendly because i remember Ajeti played against Italy without albanian passport so in friendlies doesn't count. What worries me is FIFA allowance because september comes soon... That shouldn't last more than one month like you say if there is disponibility from both sides (Avdiaj and Fshf ) to start the procedures.

Avdijaj never received an invitation to the senior German NT so maybe that will help in our favor? Maybe Germany will try to block the switch as they might see something in him.

But I think we should also cap Albian Ajeti for the sake of capping him. You got to get these guys when they are young.


BTW, does anyone know anything about Arxhend Cani, 17 year old Basel player? Bujari?

Albian Ajeti will most likely play for us unless Switzerland does something, but he has his brother and Xhaka/Gashi on the team to influence him to choose Albania. The Swiss are annoying af with their Kosovars but what can you do.
