Gianni Infantino might become the new FIFA president because he has Uefa support. Could be a good thing for the albanian football.

Because he comes from Italian football and Figc proposed him. As an albanian football benefit would be allowing Kosova to join FIFA.

Looks like Albania-Kosova friendly November 13th in Prishtina may be possible. They need confirmation from fifa to switch their friendlies or something.

That feeling when the Kosova NT beats us because we'll play Lila as a winger

Lol they actually do play with more technical players than Albania. Halimi, Brahimi, Berisha are more technical than Gashi, Lila and Roshi.. I would still take Roshi over any of them though.

Then again even our u-21 plays with more technical players than the senior team. Cekici, Rashica, Latifi and now the new kid Jurgen Bardhi who's apparently the next big thing. (haven't watched him so can't agree or disagree )

Manaj has been called up for this Kosovo friendly btw. Likely to be the only new inclusion.

Seems that the only alternative for the 17th of november is Georgia. Lost the count of how many times we played them so far. Even by qualifying and becoming the TEAM that can give you more points for Fifa rankings the fa can't arrange a friendly. Pathetic. Hope kosova destroys them just to give a frozen reality shower on how to attack from flanks and use a real striker not cikastylla.

If Rashica is not called up then it is baffling. He plays regulary which is already better then the rest of the players in his position not to mention he is in good form.

Halimi also looks like a great player not to forget he is only 20 years old.

If Rashica is not called up that's absurd. Maybe the FSHF/Di Biasi aren't too urgent in capping him because he already plays for the U-21 so they figure no rush and continue to play with the guys that got us here. Problem is Rashica is better than any attacker we have currently and he's ours. Don't need to beg him or go through naturalization process or get permission by FIFA, etc, he's right there... I guess DB would rather trust a bench player in a mid table Greek side(Lila), or a bench player for one of the worst Swiss teams this year(Sadiku). Rashica and Roshi wing pairing would be dangerous.

Guys like Halimi, Berisha, etc, is whatever because I don't think these guys are good enough for the NT yet.

I agree. Rashica's direct competition is Gashi, Roshi and Lenjani. Out of all these players Rashica is the only one that plays regulary so that says everything.

As for Halimi i feel he will grow to be a very goos player but this euros is too early for him because he is doing very well in a league which will not get him much recognition. He is only 20 years old and is FSV Frankfurt's best player + scores regulary and he is on loan from Mainz.
