Is this some U14 youth player linked to Anderlecht's sister U14 reserve team, or is it a senior player looking for regular playing time?

I saw his name in Macedonianfootball website . He seems to be a potential senior team player.

Who, Riza Durmishi? He's on the brink of being called up by either the Denmark or Macedonia senior team. He has a lot of potential and is someone FSHF should make a top priority.

We need to call Gym Shitty and Hater Guhjonaj first. Cana has been injured for quite some time, I think Gym Shitty is crucial for qualifiers.

Who's a bigger flop out of these 3?
Herolind Shala who's struggling in the Czech league?
Vajushi who can't get a minute(literally) for Chievo?
Lenjani who was terrible when he played/dropped immediately/keeps getting injured in training.
My vote goes to Lenjani for sure because he's also a starter for the nt.

Balaj with a goal for Rijeka in Zadar.

Lenjani defo.
I think too many Albanian players try to go from Swiss League, Croatian Leagues, etc... to top 5 leagues. It doesn't work that way. You have to play somewhere like Belgium or Holland, and see if you're good enough there. The gap between Swiss league and Top 5 leagues is too high, and unless you're a young talent content with scraps until you build to full playing time, it's not going to cut it.

Shala was the biggest flop but I don't think anyone had high hopes for him. If you're transferring to the Czech league from a league near the same quality you should be able to get playing time even if you join the biggest team in the country. He might as well have stayed in Norway..
As for Lenjani and Vajushi you can't blame them as they made a jump to the big league. Vajushi wasn't going to get PT this season and that evident from the beginning and I think he'll get loaned out to Serie B(that was the intention)
Lenjani it's unfortunate because he's a baller for the NT. Plays like Gareth Bale for the NT but can't get a minute for Rennes. Maybe he lacks football IQ or something?
In other news apparently Rrahmani signed a 4 year contract with RNK Split(cika's team) but Partizani blocked the transfer.
