Eshte teme e komplikume. Kur ishte Lala trajner i U19 e detyronin me zor me marr lojtare prej akademise se Jupit. Mesatarisht 5-6 i ka pase gjithnje nga akademia, e njejta gje edhe me Bellain etj. Eshte akademi private me shume per stervitje taktike se sa per aktivitet kampionati te mirefillte pasi bejne vetem miqesore. Nese ke kohe merre Redi Jupin ne tel , thuji : "Jam prej Kosove, e kam nji djal qe don me e marre Barcelona po i ka te bllokume transferimet e sa me kushton me e mbajt te akademia per nje vit ! +355694533909

I think the main problems why the youth teams are sucking are, fshf concentrating to much on diaspora kids and Albanian football lacking quality coaches. One just has to see the level of the superliga coaches to get a sense of how badly things might get done in the lower levels.

Fshf could do a way better job in supporting ex NT and superliga players get uefa coaching licenses and install them in the youth academies.

I saw on the day. He scored 5 goals yes but uefa youth league. We know all too well we shouldn't pay to much attention to young players, especially if they are yet to announce who they will play for.

Kristal Abazaj of Luftetari is very good player, 20 year old super fast with very good dribbling abilities.

Indeed , he will be wasted playing in Kategori e I next season. The best talent of last two years playing in pro football from Lezha's academies is Silvio Zogaj at Luftetari 19 years old. He failed the trials here in Italy at Cesena after 6 months in trials when he was 17 and then moved back to Albania playing for Vllaznia youth teams .

These talents are wasted althrough they have every skill they need to succeed but they lack tactical instruction as players since they're young , they can pass the players 1on1 but after don't know what to do with the ball, here in west the tactics, schemes and theory get as much time as training in the field since little kids.
