Kace should definitely be starting this game but I don't get the kukeli hate when until now he's been pretty solid for us

I like Kukeli a lot. He's like a poor man's Busquets but Albanian players who have that kind of soft touch and composure are RARE.

For this game vs Liechtenstein I would've preferred Kace over Abrashi but maybe DB plans to play Kace vs Spain(find that very hard to believe but w.e)

Protects the cbs, breaks opponents attacks and is calm & smart when in possession. Kace is not suited for this role. Basha could work, but he is way to soft .

you just gave the role description of a DM, not what Kukeli does. what he DOES do is 100% pass sideways and back. he is also 33 and slow as f***. im sorry but we have much better players atm in the midfield. we have in midfield: abrashi, xhaka, kaçe, basha - all of them superior to kukeli - fighting for 2 spots. that's bullshit

plus he does this attacker pass brainfart too often. it was not the first time

Lol did u even watch the game . Coz we had a early red and kukeli was One of our best that day and wo him fillin in as a cb/dm there is no doubt In probably anyone here's mind it woulda been 5-0 w kace xhaka abrashi as our midget midfield . U forget kukeli is tall as well and u need a tall player there .

The overrating of Kukeli's performance for 45 minutes as CB is insane. The guy actually fucked up in 2-3 occasions, but we were lucky the Swiss didn't take their chances.
