That's the whole point man. Physicality has a great effect on youth levels. It is difficult to impose yourself like that on senior levels. You see a lot of African teams dominating youth levels since they play 30 year olds posing like 16 year olds. Do you honestly think teams like Mali that made it to SF have more technical ability than Germany or Spain?

Also wtf's with the poem...

Mali wasn't that bad during the group matches and i agree that physicality is a plus on youth level to succeed . Indeed Serbia had a technical team and beat both the afros (physical) and Brasil that didn't have a physical team . No african team except to Aegypt , Morrocco and Algeria played technical football in games i've seen. That's their strong force : physic . We saw Hysaj against the french afro : nTep , Hysaj's technique in positioning and movement overcome nTep's high pace /sprint on our right side. Now one could argue wich is better but not what i'm aiming for ... Was just surprised that Shkije's U teams perform that well while their NT sucks...

Ps. That poem had to be my tapatalk signature, realized it's too long :)

Albania is now ranked 36th in the FIFA rankings released today. Ahead of both Serbia (43) and Greece (44) :D We went up 15 positions from 51 to our highest ranking in history.

That is really crazy, we are ahead of Mexico and Costa Rica, which had a very strong showing in Brazil, and only two spots below US which is ranked 34th.

W/e, Montenegro with 600,000 people made it to 16th place. Their talents' agents had deep connections to other ex-Yugo places since communism etc... but still. Even Iceland with 200,000 people is top 25.

Man, it's great if we qualify and all but what if Mavraj performs jihad in the middle of the field during Euros.

Hopefully the players don't get cocky and relax now. There is a good chance to finish at least as a 3rd best.

At least 2nd you mean...3rd place is pretty much confirmed, unless Armenia wins all their games, and we lose all.
