Foreign coaches are becoming a blemish on our future. We don't have famous players, so it takes them forever to evaluate the squad properly. And by the time they do, they're already fixated on some stupid formation that makes no sense.

Just pick former Albanian players. They know all the players immediately and won't obsess with random back 3 formations.
