I think the quote was definitely referring more to Swiss/Belgian sides than Albania.

Di Maria is a winger/attacking player so he doesn't really need mass or anything. Kace often plays as a defensive midfielder where it's more important to have strength and a physical presence.
As for gaining leg mass it's done by doing squats. All athletes know this and wtf are you talking about bones getting wider lol?

Relax you greek, Albania already has its own national team with players of 100% Albanian blood like our boy Rashica from Vushtri and Cana from Gjakovë.
