He needs to realize that he's not playing against gypsy villages like he does every week in Hungary. Missing 100% sitters in every NT game holds too much weight. He scores in Europe against some pretty good teams regularly. I think it is a mentality issue.

Imagine that he was a good finisher and most of these 1v1s went in. He'd have single handedly carried our qualification. He has so much talent, speed, workethic, dribbling, but... He's missing such a key part.

If he can learn how to finish for us he'll be one of our best players. It's a big if tho.

Uzuni is not a striker. Uzuni would be most useful in a 4-3-3 playing in the wings and serving balls to Broja to finish off. This qualification campaign proves that he can’t play in a 3-5-2 as he can’t finish as a striker and can’t play as a wingback as he is weak defensively. He could potentially play as an attacking midfielder but we have Bajrami for that now.

What did he do? If i recall it was Balaj that took out their best goalkeeper and Roshi passed to Broja

Even in that game he missed a bunch of sitters and chances.

But we gave him the benefit of the doubt because it the first time he started after a while. Little did we know that he would continue that same pattern for every game.

Yeah, I said this shit a week before the game. Uzuni shouldn't be in the team anymore. We get 1 chance a game, and if it falls to Uzuni, it's basically game over.

Yet, the Albanian media still keeps hyping up his club career like he's an EPL player or something.

Is it regularly though? Even Andi Lila scored against Inter. Balaj scored Portugal and Bilbao.

Striker scoring once a blue moon against decent teams, doesn't mean much, unless you do it regularly at a top level.

They beat Germany away in the beginning, like we beat Portugal away. You need at least 1 big upset to get that 2nd spot.

The only upsets the Albanian NT causes is to its own fans.
