Football is a losing business..
Meanwhile, Albanian football club owners are trying to turn a profit.
Albanian league needs some billionaire patriots who don’t sweat losing money.

We need Samir Mane and Cet Kastrati to take over some clubs.

Not if it's done the right way. No one is expecting Albanian clubs to rule Europe, but buying young & talented players and producing their own is a profitable business. Imo, Albanins lack patience, that's why the Albanian clubs are producing nothing.

This. It requires vision and patience and not sacking your manager every 5 months and replacing the entire team each season. Albanian teams don't understand this. The Tirana teams are especially ran poorly. How is Ernest Muci the only notable player from Tirana in the past 15 years? Who is the second best export from this city? Jurgen Celhaku (wherever this dude plays now)?
How can a city with 1/3 of the country's population be this bad at the sport? So much wasted potential

Do you know why they are replacing the team every season?
-to turn a profit
Vision and patience means losing money..

I can understand the village teams. Hard to keep a functioning squad when you represent a town of 10-20k inhabitants with no fan support, no sponsorships, etc. But the larger teams like Tirana and Partizani? No excuses.
Tirana loses players to random leagues and replaces them with just as expensive mercenaries. Then they don't pay these players and then get fined by FIFA. These teams are way too happy in collecting the UEFA prize money and keeping costs at the club at a minimum. It's a way for these owners to steal more money. Greedy ass businessmen didn't rob the state enough lol

Ballkani conceded the customary aerial goal in stoppage time and is now on the verge of elimination against heavy underdog Santa Coloma!

I knew they were in trouble when I saw that they changed their whole team like other Albanian clubs do.
They are not run any different. They were just lucky in the past few years because they had a collection of decent players with good chemistry.

It's the first ever win in European competiton for the Andorran team in the club's history. Ballkani will now face Harmun Spartans a club from Malta in the second qualifying round of Conference league...
