Watched the first 30 min. Awful performance. Completely over-matched by Israel. Vojvoda was the only one with any confidence. Everyone else was just not good enough.

They're making Israel u21 look like Barcelona out there. Vojvoda is the only one doing anything well.

Lulaj is terrible defender, he will never be good enough to play even in Superliga.Prenga is suffering also but it is never easy to play together with such a clown as Lulaj.Vojvoda was solid on first half, Qose is very slow and looks unfamiliar with that position. Qazim Laci had good first half, Rashica was very poor,Gavazaj looks not a same player,Latifi is doing better than Gavazaj and Rashica. Manaj got injured very early but he was looking very ordinary player.

Redi Jupi is an amateur coach , he subbed Manaj to put Avdiaj in ! He doesn't know how to motivate our players and probably just threw in a random formation !

Edit: manaj injured

These youth teams should play a style similar to the NT. High pressing, defensive & counter attacking style. That way it will be easier to develop and incoporate youth players for the senior NT.

BTW, why are these amateur ex players always the manager for the youth teams?

Indeed and he was the director for youth in FShF . It's a good thing the new director of youth and scout will be Italian at least :)

Lol they finish fighting , Rashica easily the best player. Goal by Çekiçi on pk. Fucking jahudis doing the bullie in Albania .

Valon Ahmedi is better than Avdiaj and Manaj so against Portugal we might watch him .

To be fair that was the strongest possible formation he could put but he needs to start searching for central midfielders and defenders(and a LB).

Israel was the much more professional side with good team chemistry while Albania looked like they never played together in their lives... looked like everyone was playing by themselves and that resulted into too many mistakes. On the technical aspect there wasn't much of a difference between both teams.

Strakosha did his job.
Vojvoda is very good on the ball but needs to play smarter.
Lulaj is a disaster.
Prenga average.
Hoxhallari is a disaster
Qose is a disaster
Laci showed a few glimpses but doesn't seem to have the composure/intelligence to play at that position.
Rashica.. pretty awful first half but improved in the 2nd
Latifi was decent. Tried to make things happen especially in the 1st half
Gavazaj was ok, Warm and cold.. he's not the talent we thought years ago though.
Cekici was good when he came on
No comment on Manaj, Avdijaj

Rashica had poor first half but in second he took responsbility and was leader of the team .Vojvoda had one brainfart on second half but he looks very comfortable with the ball.Qazim Laci works very hard and is my favorite player of this team. We could won this game if Jupi would been more brave with starting formation but we should be very happy that we got a draw with 10 players.
