One thing Reja is right about is that the 3 CB lineup is actually the meta in football nowadays. A lot of teams use it... but he refuses to acknowledge that we don't have the players for it. The wingbacks are the most important in this formation.. we don't have any. Hysaj (who could be) is a traditional fullback and not dynamic enough offensively.
I realize this formation is used a lot in Serie A nowadays but I wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s the meta.. I believe the 4-5-1 will always be the more balanced formation and it is still used by the majority of teams including the best of the current century, Bayern 2020.

It is a real shame that Roshi entered the match injured without telling anyone and cost us a much needed substitution. Completely unprofessional..
