Wake up, we've been having "brainfarts" ever since September 2015. Every game since then we've been conceding weak ass goals because of lack of concentration, stupid back passes, etc. When it becomes this repetitive it's a reflection of the coach and how he's training the team.
I wouldn't care too much but GDB is also losing out on talent that can help us in the future. Him and his god damn arrogance cost us some talented players that could make a difference NOW and for the future.
I am convinced GDB is simply acting more in an agent role than a coach and is trying to get players transferred to Italy by giving them playing time. Veseli call up was a head scratcher until he got transferred to Italy. Then rumors of Grazd getting transferred too. Now I feel like Llullaku is the next guy who will get transferred there too. Will see

Berisha tipik Shqiptar kokfort (me kujtoi Canen me Hollanden para disa vitesh) ndersa Izraeliti tamam si nje skile u hodh ne toke. Ne futboll diving gets rewarded so why not.

All these brainfarts are a product of our game. They are not as accidental as they appear. Everyone makes mistakes in football but that's what separates good teams from bad teams, good teams just make less mistakes. The goal is to not put your players in positions to make mistakes. Our players are constantly in positions to make mistakes because of our Enver Hoxha tactics and selections.
GDB deserves a lot of credit but his time is clearly up. You can tell that he's not motivated anymore. He doesn't prepare for games the same way he has done in the past and what's worse is that he has given up on building the team. He doesn't give a shit anymore. He's now another Kuzhe and Haan.
