This is just propaganda to show "respect" in the same vein as they did with the Pope. There are 1,500 Turkish nationals in Albania and I bet like 95% of the crowd there was Turkish, especially those girls holding Turkish flags. Wouldn't be surprised if the girl herself was Turkish too.

I am sick and tired of all these money being funnelled into Albania for religious projects. All that money comes with strings attached.
