When the midfields and forwards in a 3-5-2 don’t have pace or can’t create it puts pressure on the wingbacks to get forward and create. When the wingbacks don’t have pace and can’t get forward it puts pressure on the midfield and forwards..

Just an overall structural failure from top to bottom in this team. We should hope for a loss so Reja gets the boot. Pull the plug on this.

It's not just instructions. It's also TALENT. Balliu for example looks very comfortable going forward unlike Hysaj and Hoxhallari.
