Empoli have a nice young core right now that are competitive. I want to see how he does with this team for another season or two and if he can establish himself as being the "guy" for this team. He also just turned 23 so there's no rush for him to leave just yet.
I think its the perfect move, has one more year to really develop before making that jump. 23 isn't that young, at that point you're pretty established as to who you are. He'd be 24 when the move to AC would finally come. He has to move up the ranks eventually

Bajrami is a weird player. His good stats tell you that he can play at that upper level but his overall game is frustrating when you watch him play.

I think mid-table might be his true level.

Bajrami has the technique, but sadly lacks the physique.

A player will never be worthy of praise, until he contributes to the defensive phase.

Edi Reja is soft..

Albania concedes too many goals as a result of his naivety regarding player selection and strategy.

Reja judges players based on who's more suitable to marry his daughter not by talent or potential.

Forget talent and potential, Reja needs to field a group of MEN first and foremost. Not a bunch of cowards who will not put in the effort defensively and fake injury to quit when down a goal.

There is no winning with players like that..

Livramento should not be starting over Perraud.

Broja has lost the ball numerous times, missed a point blank sitter and is constantly out worked by Adams, who is a hell of a player. AB needs a goal here in front of the home fans..

Broja needed to come off there..

Terrible performance and he got bullied by the big CB Dan Burn.

It hasn't been pretty. Broja has been stuck at 6 league goals for over a month. Performances have been mediocre at best too.
