Struga also won 4-3 on Podgorica and will play in the next round against Hesperange of Luxembourg.

Albanian media has been underestimating Valmeira since day of draw, truth is that beside San Marino, Gilbraltar, Andorra every other country on Europe has better organised clubs than Albania and scary thing is Gilbraltar and Andorra every year are closing gap while Luxembourg and Malta clubs are superior nowadays. In the end of the day it is football and with new format of european football champions of almost all european countries have real shot to make it to the group stage of Conference League so definitely Partizani has decent chance againt Valmiera just like they had against Bate but chances are 50% - 50% so for Valmiera also is good draw to go in playoff round. I don't really understand source of that level of arrogance, i can guess it should be from fact that albanian journalists are mostly italianophiles Juve, Milan, Inter fans so probably subconsciously they compare level of latvian clubs with italian ones because there is no other explanation.
Albanians don't rate the Baltic countries in football. It's how we end up losing to Lithuania at home.

Faroese side Klaksvík knocked out Sweden’s Champs BK Häcken in a penalty shootout. Klaksvík, based in a village which boasts just 5,000 inhabitants, drew 3-3 in Sweden in the second leg of their qualifier after the first match ended 0-0.

We should learn a thing or two from these minnows.

Hearbreaking loss for Drita. A very good showing by them.

Teams that move on to the next round:

Ballkani - Lincoln Red Imps
Partizani - Valmiera
Struga - Swift Hesperange

It was stupid red card combined with Prapashtica lack experience and soft penalty by referee.

Edi Rama needs some PR, he has already started to lick Mourinho's ass on the social media.

and Egnatia play Inter for some reason lol

Hope Albanians are not actually paying money to play these. That's sad. I know the inferiority complex is strong but and getting destroyed by these teams is nothing to brag about or be proud of.

this reminds me when the Taci oil guy paid Milan and Real to come play friendlies in Albania only for the lights to go out in the stadium. The symbolism was crazy.
