29 games , 3 years and zero progress.
You’re looking at singular results , I’m seeing the bigger picture. You want an 80 year old Reja going into euro 2024 ? And that’s if we make it.
What over the last 3 years makes you think he’s the man going forward ? Because either you’re related to him or you have some sort of mental deficiency
29 matches.. 13 wins, 5 draws, 11 losses.
What makes you think another coach will get more than that out of these “superstars?”
Because I believe he’s underperforming with these players and the football we play is disgusting.
13 wins . Against teams like Sean Marino , Andorra and Belarus , wow !
That draw against Andorra is sackable on its own

Even I would make less mistakes than Bare and Hysaj, but we must field them since they play in a top league?
Stockholm syndrome to the max..
Question , why do you think they play in La Liga and Serie A and the others play in Croatia and Hungary , if they were better wouldn’t they be playing in a top league , or even the 2nd division ?

Go check FIFA rankings where Iran and Peru are ranked in top 25 with hardly a single top leaguer between them.
Do you believe the super professionals of Albania make a better team than Iran? I’ll let you know that they would be favored to run through us, just like they were last time we played in Tirana.

Manchester City needs to drop De Bruyne asap and get some players from KF Terbuni if they want better success!

Answer the question . Why do they play in Hungary and Croatia if they’re better than these Serie A players

This logic still keeps going. Top players play in top leagues, but playing in a top league doesn't automatically make you a top player.
Top leagues have plenty of randos, especially towards the bottom teams, that replacing them with Hungarian level players wouldn't make a difference. They're just a body that runs up and down.

You have a guy making an argument that playing more of these Albania level league guys and using small teams doing better as a false equivalence for that argument .
Or saying Reja should stay in his job . It’s frustrating to deal with everyday.
These lower league PL players and infinitely better than any Hungarian player , heck even championship level guys

Nonsense.
The best Hungarian league player (Uzuni) signed for a bottom La Liga team and he's struggling to say the least.
It's a different universe of professionalism and expectations. The bottom ones might not be top players but by Albanian standards they are top players. That's the point. Unless you guys can mention better alternatives to Bare or Hysaj these discussions are pointless.

Every league has "filler" players. Not everyone is a difference maker. EPL aside, once you get to the bottom table teams a lot of these filler players just are no different than Hungarian/Croatian league players.
