From all names mentioned as possible candidates i would preferred Esteban Cambiasso. It's definitely gamble because doesn't have experience as manager but as player he had all attributes to become great manager. You dont need a world class manager, Tunisia just drew with Denmark with a domestic coach. It just cant be a boring appointment.

Every country has different mentality, different dynamics, just because it works for Tunisia or other some countries doesn't mean it will work for Albania. I don't know if there is country where managers are less valued than in Albania, i don't think albanian manager will get respect and support from federation, players and football community in general.
