We do need to go back to a 4 at the back.
A 3 at the back system is too complex for our players and doesn't give anything in defense and attack, whilst we have players also totally unsuited to the formation. It isn't clear at all why we use it other than to incorporate Ismajli which isn't that important.

I hope Russia invade Albania so that's the only way we can see Reja out of this team alongside Duka. I also hope we lost against Estonia.

Every time Broja gets the ball he's like 20 miles away from goal, and has 0 support. Then you just see him trying to out dribble 6 players in front of him, as Hysaj and Balliu try to come out all the way from defence.
That's why we have these things called wingers and attacking midfielders.

How can it be too complex for our players when they all play in that formation lmaoooo, Reja's tactics consist of pass back to keeper -> long ball or pass to WB -> long ball.
Princ's post said the "good" players are just as bad as the amateurs, that's what I'm mad with
