Next two games will be Sylvinho's last with us. It would've been better for the new coach to use these for next qualifiers. Unfortunately they'll pick some leftover coach at the end of the season.

Rolando Maran is the new coach, a journeyman italian. I really can’t be bothered anymore with this italian obsession. Fucking inferiority complex of Gen Boomer Albanians

What a random signing. Definitely doesn't look good on paper. Old Italian fossil who has mostly coached in Serie B and lower divisions.

Maybe he at least plays the best players available.

Feels like we went back 10 years with this hire..

Sylvinho was a young coach with a lot of ambition.

I’m not sure I can say the same about the new hire.

Hopefully I am wrong.

We hired a FAILED Serie B/C coach and will be paying him 400k. This was the time to hire an albanian coach. Fuck... Duka!

We're back to random old Italian coaches?

Had a look through his record. Don't know who he is but just looks mediocre and in his last couple jobs he was sacked within the year.

NT coaching is obviously different. It requires different skills and a lot of it is simply about managing the players you have, so maybe he'd be good at that, who knows.

But, after seeing what was reported about the financial aspects of Sylvinho's renewal, I am sure that at least part of this decision is simply because he isn't earning much. He's probably still earning much more than he did at his past clubs.

Reja at least was fairly notable, although he clearly was past his best days when we hired him. Who knows. Let's give him a clean slate and see what this guy does although it looks very unambitious, for a team that recently has been hitting higher and higher levels.

He definitely has an Italian fetish or even an inferiority complex towards them. They just talk to him in Italian to get on his good side. Embarrassing..

Apparently this new manager told Duka that he didn't even read the contract. He was so excited that he signed it blindly. That's the level we're talking about. A complete random dinosaur...
