Favoured to win outright coming into the tourney.

They were the best team and deserved it.

For me personally, nothing beat Mexico England in Mexico City.

That was the pinnacle of the whole tourney for me.

Having the knockout games start so early takes so much away from the experience in my opinion.

Spanish teams whether male or female have won practically everything across all age groups in recent years

maybe it’s time we get spanish coaches involved to help us develop a system …. or shall we keep using the same
old italians because we have a inferiority complex towards them

Well deserved. Spain is easily the most demoralizing team to play against. They just keep the ball and there is nothing you can do about it. Uruguay and Argentina tried to be physical/dirty with them South American style and that still didn't bother them.

And funny thing is that Yamal wasn't even that good and they still cake walked through the tournament.
