Great, nice to see everyone being rational and not making sweeping statements
Not a sweeping statement. I showed those stats against teams stronger than us (I used transfermarkt values).CanaYouDoIt wrote: Thu Mar 24, 2022 10:59 pmGreat, nice to see everyone being rational and not making sweeping statementsAurora Bulkualis wrote: Thu Mar 24, 2022 10:57 pm Our players are mental midgets. Look at the way Bare and Hysaj shat their pants vs. Poland.
And I showed the xG of our recent "big games" (Poland and England) , that's a better indicator of performance. We actually did better in those games than Macedonia did tonight, we still lost those games on xG but we underperformed in terms of goals. Thats what happens with Uzuni and Manaj up top.Aurora Bulkualis wrote: Thu Mar 24, 2022 11:35 pmNot a sweeping statement. We go like 10 games without a single goal against bigger teams.
Thats more to do with Reja IMO. Just setting us up totally wrong and his mentality is in the wrong place too.Dallku wrote: Thu Mar 24, 2022 11:28 pmCanaYouDoIt wrote: Thu Mar 24, 2022 10:59 pm

It's a fact that Albania has been getting blown out against good teams. Need to get back to that underdog spirit and mentality. The good players need to buy in.
Albania under De Biasi played the same way. Only difference we couldn't score goals.Dallku wrote: Thu Mar 24, 2022 10:03 pmTbf they did the same thing to Germany in recent times. You could say it's a pattern and something in their team works against teams like that. They definitely embrace the underdog spirit to say the least.
