Apparently, Loro Borici was just licensed by UEFA as Category 4 stadium (Highest Category). EA is currently Category 3.

Kosova it seems will be playing their games there too (confirmed by KFF member)

Hmm Kosova playing in Shkoder will make Serbian heads explode from rage. Love it if true.

Shkodra's stadium looks much better than EA, which looks like an English third division stadium.

It's already a miracle that they are able to play in the Republic of Albania lol.
I know it's unlikely but if the players request it, then why not. Although there's not one Albanian on that team who looks like the type of leader to do that.
