Lol, Bob Dylan won the nobel for literature. Ismail Kadare will never win it, as long as albos have a say!

Hopefully he lives a long time. I heard they don't give posthumous Nobel prizes.

Since 1974 they don't.

Kadare' chances are rather slim. Last year it was a Belarusian and a few years ago it was an East German that won it. No way they'll award it to another Eastern European writer for at least another 4-5 years at the least. Also Kadare has stopped writing for a while now. All of his work in the last 15-20 years is subpar.

The prize has become a popularity contest it seems. Bob Dylan winning it is a fucking joke knowing Tolstoy & Borges were snubbed by the Academy.

Anyhow, anyone know why Serbs are so desperate for Trump to like them? A Serbian newspaper released a hoax that Trump apologised for bombing Milosevic, and Trump's campaign denied it immediately. They won't stop with the fake newspaper articles. Serbian newspapers are even more unprofessional than Albanian ones (an extremely low bar). Trump might suck Putin's dick, but I doubt he knows the difference between Serbia and Siberia.
