Bogdani is not less ignorant than Bushi, only difference between them is that Bogu is 'wanna be italian' and Bushi looks like a gypsy turbo folk singer. Both are asslickers without any experience and they should not even be considered for Shpresa, even asslicker Klodian Duro deserves it more those clowns.

Bushi shouldn't even be a candidature to coach any nationalteam as he has direct conflict of interest with his academy. Bogdani is better as option but no experience as coach . It would've been better if they got a German/Italian coach.

^ too much nepotism to have other albanian coaches. They're ruining even our league.

Well at least he was successful with Skendrtbru. You can't totally shut out Albanian coaches.

He will be training Shkendija. I don't think he likes to get involved in FSHF .

It's a shame if Josa goes to Shkendija instead of coaching U21. Shkendija is definitely more prestigious, but coaching our U21 would be best for us.

He's not going to Shkendija but I don't think he fits the u-21 team.

I think a younger more serious coach like Cungu or Magani would be a better fit. it has to be said that the u-21 is a TERRIBLE coaching job for anyone tho.

- Albanians will call you corrupt regardless
- No base for talent. A tremendous challenge to find players. Domestically you're doomed.
- Bad results incoming.

Bring in Cana. The U21 job is really not that serious. Let Cana try his hand at coaching, and if he can nab any talents like Zeqiri or Nivokazi then thats a plus.
