they buried him with what appears to be a shroud (or whatever it's called) that comes standard with all muslim funerals. i don't know all the details i'm just basing it off of the video i saw.

20 years ago, or even 10 years ago, he probably would have been buried with the Albanian flag.Pjetër wrote:they buried him with what appears to be a shroud (or whatever it's called) that comes standard with all muslim funerals. i don't know all the details i'm just basing it off of the video i saw.
Anyways, I think I am done with this topic for a while.

It must be remembered that we have only heard one side of the case. God has written all the books. There will be no peace so long as God remains unseated at the conference table.I find it discouraging and a bit depressing when I notice the unequal treatment afforded by the media to Bulku believers on the one hand, and on the other, to those who believe in an invisible supreme being who inhabits the sky.Pjetër wrote:it's pretty cool that bulku wasn't offended by his teammates worshiping false gods.

To be honest, it looks like a prayer rug from the video I've seen. Maybe some kind of last gesture, if he prayed and was a devout Muslim.Pjetër wrote:they buried him with what appears to be a shroud (or whatever it's called) that comes standard with all muslim funerals. i don't know all the details i'm just basing it off of the video i saw.
I don't mind people being religious. But I can see how those raised in RA will have a hard time understanding this, as they've been raised in a climate where religion was frowned upon. As long as our players don't try to push their religious views down our throats, I don't mind. For me it's no problem, that they visit mosques, churches and teqes while wearing their NT kits as long as they get along together when they meet up afterwards.
Also, tremendous respect for De Biasi who went there for the funeral to console Mavraj. He even gave him a kiss lol. I really think he has changed the mentality of our team. They feel like a unit now as opposed to before when there were clans. There are probably still clans, but I don't think that it's the same way it was before. All players seem to feel some kind of belonging to the team and seem to want to fight for the team.
