Religion doesn't play a role into this, unless it involves people from places like Afghanistan, Sudan, Iraq etc... as Turks make up a large part of their work force. I've known young people who have gone to Germany working in technological, engineering, and medicinal fields, not only from Albania, but from the Balkans in general, which shows that their workforce is shrinking significantly. They're especially desperate for nurses but Albania has only sent a few hundred people as they're unqualified.

It's a sad thing that the young are being taken away from the country, when they should in fact be the future.

Gjermant pjesen më të madhe te punetorve qe do dalin ne pension i kane punetore te industrise qe jane te profilizum . Normalish qe do mungojne lavazhieret po keta te fundit besoj se shkojne mjaftueshem nga emigrimi afrikan e arab deshen apo sdeshen Gjermant . Po te pakten per ate qe kane ne dore ata normalisht qe do kerkojne njerez te rinj me potencjal, fuqi punetore te shendetshme e jo 40-50 vjecar shqiptar pa shkolle e qe nuk di gjuhen si shumica e ktyre qe kerkojne azil . Sa per te rinjt qe largohen nga vendi nuk jemi ne at pozicjon per ti gjyku une e ti se jemi jashte shteti

Nuk i vura faje, vec me vjene keq qe ata qe duhen te jene e ardhmja e popullit po ikin me dyndje. Them se 99% e atyreve qe ikin jane nga zonat rurale, te pakten brenda shqiperise, qe tregon sa pak vemendje u kushtohet atyre vendeve.

From what I've heard the same thing is happening all over the Balkans. Of course in those states immigration is being done legally. Even in places like Croatia that are supposedly somewhat better off that the rest of the Western Balkans, you hear of rabid unemployment and no hope for the younger generations. Politicians have their part, but I feel as a society we're too lazy like the Greeks, where we spend all days in cafes and pubs and expect some great job and money to fall out of they sky without putting effort into educating yourself properly or taking some initiative to start an honest business and employ others.

I feel that our society is not individualistic enough, innovative, and too short sighted, and that's more of a cultural problem rather than simply about politics.

Pikerisht skane asistence , mundesi punesimi, kushte ... Por ajo qe te le pa fjale kto dite eshte se si keta "te barkthate" ne disa analiza pseudogazetaresh te dhjamosur qe harxhojne ne nje nate ne Tirane aq sa marrin kta asistence ne nje muaj e qe i etiketojne si shkas per nje rivendosje eventuale te regjimit te vizave pa cekur motivet qe dergojne ne femomene te tilla.

Ky fenomen do pak kohe qe te zgjidhet , nuk besoj se do vazhdoje gjate. Sapo tu krijohen kushtet njerezit nuk do te levizin.

Krijimi i vendeve te punes kerkon politika afatgjata. Per shembull ne Lezhe kemi 10 vjet qe presim hapjen e Parkut Industrial dhe akoma nuk ka shpresa qe do hapet keto dy vite, per shume motive nder to edhe mungesa e punetoreve me profil e pergatitje .

Edit: Jam dakord me pjesen qe shtove. Vjersha e Azdrenit vlen akoma. Shoqeri shume pertace ndoshta edhe si pasoje e historise se kaluar si komunizmi apo me pare si shoqeri patriarkale ne kohen e turqise . Shqiptaret ne nje kontekst tjeter punojne si "qeni" , ne Itali, Zvicer etj jane edhe me shume punetor se vet italjant apo zvicerjant.

Albanian mafia has already taken over They arrest every day albanians with millions of € here but still they're getting used. The big boss doesn't get caught. Usually are Italians and they play with millions at once unlike our fellas .
