One article and making more sense than they ever will. Telling he's basically gone with the same lineup we would pick. Its almost as if Reja is making things more difficult than they should be.Dallku wrote: ↑Thu Oct 27, 2022 5:45 pm This is interesting...
Cana's starting lineup: http://www.panorama.com.al/sport/eksklu ... _ytNhV2uPo
Cana clearly values talent. As a super professional who has played in top leagues he knows the difference..
Albania needs people like him and Andi Lila in in the NT staff. Not compromised individuals like Salihi and Bulku who were never leaders and probably have agendas.

Cana was never known for being the smartest man on the field..

He was just technically limited but was definitely a second coach on the field. Always screaming directions at teammates and motivating them.
De Biasi is on record for being jealous of Cana's leadership. When Cana used to gather all the players pre-match(he used to do it every game) and talk to them De Biasi was asking his translators what was being said.
Either way he's a player who has played at all levels possible.

Albania struggles to keep it up as game progresses, eating goals 2nd half..
By the looks of it, expert Cana believes the solution is more bus drivers, water boys, and mascots.

Such a stupid take on Cana's lineup. Talent wise that's the logical team Albania can start but only on paper. In reality that's a team full of bench warmers in club football and there's where the problems start.

You acknowledge that Andi Lila was a leader for Albania..
Yet, he spent his career as a starter on a random team in Greece. What made Andi so valuable was always being in tip top shape, with desire to give everything on the pitch.
Just like Ylber Ramadani, Andi Lila was never a bus driver, water boy, or mascot. We need more players like Andi Lila on the team, and less of the hyped up momma boys with the physique of an anorexic.

Talent wise that's the best way to get all the good players in.
But it's clear we lack width. We need wingers

Albania has speed!
Broja, Doka are very fast. Uzuni, Bajrami are quick too.
————Broja
Uzuni—Bajrami—Doka
—Ramadani—Abrashi
Lenjani-Djimsiti-Ismajli-Balliu
————Strakosha
Plenty of speed, outfield players are all in pretty good shape except for Broja. If you want to go more defensively, replace Bajrami with a DM. If you want to go taller, replace Abrashi with Gjasula.
