Ramadani done all there is to do now..
Tell me how long his predecessors Xhaka, Abrashi, Kukeli and Basha stuck around in top form after they qualified Albania to EURO 2016?
One of the best midfielders in NT history!

How long in what way? Ramadani only lasted 1 season in Serie A before burning out. Now he cant cope anymore and getting benched.
Abrashi played in Bundesliga but injuries got the best of him.
Migjen Basha played in 51 total matches in Seri a and for a better club than Lecce (Torino).
Nothing Ramadani has done is special..

How long did they stay in top form for NT after achieving qualification?
Which one of those guys topped every defensive category in Serie A?
Which one of those guys topped the qualifying group?
Which one of those guys worked their way up from Kosovan league to Serie A?
Lecce has new coach now and he is tinkering with lineups but Ramadani is still good enough to play in Serie A where he will make many more caps.

By the way..
Ramadani has started in 49 of 51 matches in Serie A.
Basha was available off the bench for most of his matches there.
Abrashi made 44 starts through 5 seasons total Bundesliga, 53 times available off the bench.
With all due respect, these guys warmed the bench in top leagues!
Not only that, but they started the 100m dash with a head start coming up thru the ranks with Switzerland as opposed to Kosovo!
Ramadani spent his best years working his way up from Ferizaj to Prishtina to Drita to Partizani etc..

Ramadani has done fine, but it's clear a bottom table Serie A team is his ceiling. And the gap between that and the top teams is massive. We've had lots of players who've played for a bottom table team before. Memushaj, Lila, Basha, etc.
I'd say playing for a team that finishes ~ bottom 10, team that fights for Europa league places, and team that fights for title and 3 completely different levels.

Even Emanuele Ndoj played a season in Serie A.
Now Alen Sherri is a starter but if you watch him play you know he's nowhere near that level and doesn't have a future in that league.
Players who establish themselves in a league for multiple seasons are the true professionals. Albania always had a bunch of "1 season wonders" who started for relegation teams and then came back to earth a season later.

He dominated Serie A so much that he got benched by a random 21 year old in the next season... makes sense.
