The thing that pisses me off about Albanian players is they're either technical and short/not physical, or giant and useless on the ball.
Manaj and Daku are like half of a good player. If they fused and combined their finishing with physicality they would make a semi-useful player.

Manaj is not really a “big man” but he is not short either (listed around 6 feet tall) and he’s strong..
Manaj was doing MMA against the Croatian CB’s and getting the better of them..
Hopefully he can do well against their brothers, the Serbs!

Manaj is okay in the physical aspect in general, he isn't really slow, and in fact he is very strong, but by far his massive, massive flaw is how weak his endurance is.
He cannot sustain any kind of press or consistent running. He gets tired super easily and then can't do anything with the ball.
In games where he does not run much he can be effective with the ball and especially score some great finishes. The problem is against top teams it is hard to get involved when you are not running consistently.
I would like to see Broja hold down the spot on the wing going forward, perhaps with Hoxha. It appeared to me that Broja tiring the Andorra defense out with dribbles down the wing would have also worked against England, and will work against Serbia.

Well Asllani is technical and quite tall, but he's been playing like shit for how long now? It's was good to see last night him being criticized for the shitty performance. The same goes for Bajrami, seems like a part-time footballer right nowAurora Bulkualis wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 11:24 pm The thing that pisses me off about Albanian players is they're either technical and short/not physical, or giant and useless on the ball.

Because Broja was too busy setting up the goals for him lmaoooRedFootballs wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 11:18 pmIf it's just Andorra, how come Broja didn't score?CanaYouDoIt wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 11:12 pmIt’s andorra my guy - and yes he missed an easy chance, he’s not magically gonna change who he is
It should have been him getting a brace.
Manaj has been improving for some.time now at club and NT level. I wrote about this before but I just feel he is a late bloomer ST.
His main problem is he doesn't run enough to compete against top teams. His stamina is bad. This is his major weakness, and it seemed that he was improving it at Sivasspor for a time.
I’ve seen Manaj against actual competition and it’s a sad sight, he might have talent but he isn’t good.
The best team he’s scored against is Kosova 10 years ago before they were even a fifa team , Rrahmani scored in that game too against them
lol. He looks good against these shit nations because any good pro does.
