What a result! The pressure was on the Danes to find the winner and we held them at bay all game (minus luck helping us a few times). Great job! Draw Portugal and we're through!

I agree with Aurora's ratings except Cikalleshi. I know he's isolated and has to sacrifice but when he gets the ball he holds on it too much in slow motion and loses it. His passing is AWFUL.. can't even make a simple pass like the one on the wing to Basha. He's just a really poor version of Bogdani. I think Cikalleshi is one of the reasons the counter attacking game was nonexistent.
What did I tell you about Gashi?? Although he deserves to be in in it will hurt the team more than help it. That's exactly the player he is, not quick or technical enough. He's only useful when you dominate possession and have a lot of chances for him to poach a goal.(Salihi style)
Ajeti is strong but obviously doesn't have Mavraj's touch, and composure.
Gjimshiti(apparently his name) started shaky but grew a little bit. He was nervous and it was a hard game for him. Hysaj would've helped more offensively.
I think Abrashi is useless. He gives the impression that he's "defending" and "pressing" but in reality he's nowhere near the ball. Only way he can steal a ball is if he fouls.. can't pass and limited vision/composure
Xhaka is not the best technically, lost many duels but a typical warrior performance by him. I think he is what Abrashi is supposed to be.

Face after seeing Sadiku come in for Lenjani.

And then Roshi for Gashi with a old school 4-4-2 at the end. I gotta give to De Biasi he had some balls. Was going all in to win this game.
By the way I barely seen Kukeli all game!

The line up was a joke and the performance reflectes that. Luckily for us the result did not. De Biasi is using the right system just the wrong players, it's so frustrating. Kace in for Kukeli and Balaj for Cikalseshi.
Cikaleshi was horrendous, he plays poorly for club and country so i do not know why De Biasi is intent on playing him.
Xhaka, Cana and Berisha were great though but the team was very poor tonight, Sadiku was very good when he came on aswell (even though that sub was a joke and Cika should of come off).
Good result though and what happens next is in the teams hand.

We made out like bandits with that draw. Second half was really poor compared to the first and Denmark was just creating chance after chance. Can't really fault the backline as they were on their heels the whole match and had to deal with the Danish onslaught. I don't know if Cana/Ajeti played really well or were extremely shakey. But they held up large parts thanks to Berisha's freak save on that corner kick.
I criticized the Sadiku sub but he actually played relatively well and gave good energy. I didn't like the Basha sub as we already had Kukeli who's much or less the same player and that pretty much sealed our fate in sitting back with two holding midfielders. Our whole team was so pinned back in the second half and that ruined us tactically. You can't press when you're pinned deep and you will barely touch the ball.
My ratings:
Berisha 9/10: Great in net
Gymcity 6.5/10: Looked poor in the beginning but improved as the game went on. He was a beast in the air
Cana 6/10: Made some errors but came up big when had to
Ajeti 5.5/10: Kinda the same as Cana but struggled a bit against Bendtner in the air
Agoli 5.5/10: He didn't get the same amount of touches like against armenia but played okay.
Xhaka 8.5/10: Straight out warrior performance. The engine in the midfield and he always tries to fight whether to win possession or hold it.
Kukeli 5.5/10: Hard to notice him on the field but he does the things no one notices. He always seems to be in a good position defensively
Abrashi 5/10: That one turnover deep near our goal almost conceded a goal. I appreciate the work effort but Kace should be here instead. I will say that once Basha replaced him we started to get pinned deeper
Lenjani 6/10: He needs to get more touches. When he has the feet at his ball he makes things happen notably in that one cross to Cika where he was playing with those defenders.
Gashi 5/10: Okay in the second half but not much in the second half. But he's not a player to succeed when we are bunkered down and don't have any possession.
Cika 5.5/10: Good effort and he didn't get any service besides Lenjani feeding him a good cross early.
Bash 4/10: Didn't like the sub
Sadiku 6/10: good energy when he came on but Di Biasi keeps on thinking he's a winger or attacking midfielder for w/e reason
Roshi 6/10: Good sub

Very weird match. We were lucky to get out of there with one point.
De Biasi was at fault for this.
We should have started Roshi instead of Gashi. I know that Gashi plays week in, week out, but for our system, he won't help us. We need quick and strong wingers, and he's neither. He should be used like against Armenia - like the last 20-30 minutes, if we need a goal.
Roshi would have dominated the Danish LB, had he played and I'm sure we would have gotten many more chances than we did.
Berisha was shaky, I think. It's as if he HAS TO drop the ball once, before being able to hold it. He's been better and more calm before.
Cana did alright. Nothing spectacular. Lost the ball quite a few times, but that tackle made up for all of them.
Ajeti was a bit rusty you could tell. It was obvious he didn't have the touch as he's not playing any regular football.
Gym was fking annoying in the beginning of the game, but he picked himself up and did good after.
Agolli seemed slower than usual and didn't have the opportunity to serve Cika with any real crosses. Needs replacement. Is Aliji good enough?
Contrary to what many of you say, I think Abrashi did good. He was all over the pitch pressing and running. Very important to have such a player, when you're playing the system we were playing in 1st half. Fucked up a pass once I think in a very dangerous area. I don't know whether Kace can replace him when it comes to pressing and running.
Lenjani was to easily bullied. He's a beast when going forward due to his pace. But if they kick him sometimes and bully him, he'll disappear from the game.
I like Xhaka. He's a thug and a warrior. We really need that.
I really didn't notice Kukeli, but not noticing a defensive midfielder usually is a good thing. Seemed to be in the right place a couple of times.
Gashi wasn't supposed to start if you ask me. He doesn't fit our system. He's slow and weak. He did okay considering the conditions and considering the kind of player he is.
I think Cikalleshi is underrated. He seemed very calm and very strong up front without any service or support from the others. He held on to the ball when he got it, but he needs to get those passes on spot. He played some very bad balls for Lenjani a couple of times with too long passes which then the Danish keeper could pick up.
I don't think Basha was the right substitute.
Sadiku seemed lost, although to his defence he really tried to help the team and tracked back quite good. Don't like him as a winger though.
Roshi should have come on much earlier. We would have owned them on the right side had he started the game.

Seems like the consensus is that atm Roshi > Gashi, which is weird considering how terrible Roshi has been for his clubs. Gashi is the type of player who'd be good against Armenia, Azeirbaijan, Malta, etc...but not when we're countering. He's off form too.
