I think talent is better assessed at their club in a good league rather than U21 games. Albania hasn't qualified for U21 Euros since 1984. With all these shit teams in the group it's a shame to not make the play-offs at least.

Of course it is the coaches fault. The team has plenty of talent, Rashica is absolutely loved by Vitesse fans, Manaj plays for Inter, Cekiçi looks extremely talented, Latifi is the Albanian Leagues most hyped talent, Rahmani is doing great in Croatia ect ect

The coach had no tactics whatsoever. He sends out the team with the hope that the better players will win, as in Rashica will have one moment of magic or something.

- Manaj doesn't even try to play football. He just dives and gets fouls for every time he touches the ball. Never seen anything like it.

- Hoxhallari. What a fucking amateur  :tirona:

- Had some hope for Prenga, but the dude looked like a turtle and just got skinned by a Hungarian attacker with the ball.

- I'm liking Bare. Much better than last game. Laci not bad too (I take it back. What a terrible miss)

- Manaj with the tap in. Finally he decided to play football :rrokullisem: Prenga made up for the debacle in defence :P

- Latifi is "hurt" :zgerdhimje:

Can't believe Hungary was that amateurish. Even worse than Greece. Our players are nothing special but comparing it to these other teams it's like Skenderbeu vs. Terbuni Puke.

Top Tier: None

Future Regulars: Strakosha, Cekici, Rrahmani

Still Have Some Hope For: Bare, Latifi

Won't write off 100%: Manaj, Laci

We can still qualify for Euro U21 playoffs if we beat Israel and Greece away

Latifi is such a complete winger: speed, passing, dribbling & shooting. His only weakness seems to be consistency.

Couldn't see this game but Rrahmani has the touch of a rapist. In modern football your CBs have to be playmakers from the back and comfortable under pressure like Mavraj/Cana usually are. Rrahmani treats the ball like it's a bomb. Djimsiti and Ajeti are on a level much higher than him and they're all about the same age so can't see a future for Rrahmani.

Latifi is capable of good games but like once in 10 or something like that. Can't even call him inconsistent because he's mostly consistently bad. Last good game I've seen of him was away vs that Moldovan team in the CL qualifiers. That was ages ago.

I agree that Hungary doesn't look impressive at all but we should not forget 90% of this team was part of U20 World Cup and they was eliminated from World champions Serbia in last seconds of the game.

Good result for our U21. We had 0 chances to qualify since the greece game. Only the best 4 second placed teams out of 9 qualify to next round. Even if we win the remaining two matches 60:0 we wouldn't qualify, these matches are just for fun. By next year half of the team will change and well if Jupi is still on charge then he can aim something.

If you were referring to my "regular" comment, by regular I mean someone who will frequently get called up and get caps. Not necessarily in the starting XI (that's hard to predict even with Cekici and Strakosha). That being said Ajeti and Djimsiti are certainly higher in the list.

Btw, surprised Jupi didn't play Jurgen Bardhi yesterday (was he called up?). He's probably the most hyped youngster in Albania right now.
