Only thing that has been released is that Albania gets the W (3 points).

Serbia's result is yet to be released. Most likely they will just get the Loss for that result, and have their -3 point deduction removed (they aren't going to lose 6 points lol).

Are the Serbs still deducted 3 points from the first decision by UEFA?

Shakohoxha and Duka are saying the same thing on Supersport.

Are the Serbs still deducted 3 points from the first decision by UEFA?
No they reversed the decision and we get the win 3-0. Serbia is getting fined for crowd trouble and a potential stadium ban.
