Like Papagalli said owning real property in Albania is a huge headache and unless you plan on spending significant amount of time there then it's not worth it imo. I've invested in 2 condos in Florida and I can't think of a better rental market than Florida to be honest. They're laws favor the landlords and you can kick someone out in a matter of days if they don't pay.

Like Papagalli said owning real property in Albania is a huge headache and unless you plan on spending significant amount of time there then it's not worth it imo. They're laws favor the landlords and you can kick someone out in a matter of days if they don't pay.

The only downside is Florida is full of nutjobs. Top 2 craziest state along with Ohio.

True indeed, plenty of rednecks. However, Naples (where I have my condos) is different and not as many crazies.
