Very bizarre player. The crazy thing is that despite playing for amateur clubs half his club career and for the last several years he's always been surprisingly good for the NT. I remember in 2014-2015 he was without a club for months and yet he was getting called up by Di Biasi and playing well
Objectively he's been a better player than Ismajli for Albania and until the past few years he's probably been better than Gym for Albania despite the glaring differences in club performances.
Seferi has not improved since he was on Tirana and wasn’t able to find a team in the Swiss first league. He shouldn’t be playing and that’s on the manager.
